Seasons ending

Our weeks have been hectic! All 3 kids in activities at the same time is crazy which is probably why I have never allowed it before and most likely won’t do it again! Everything however is coming to an end quickly, thankfully! Kaela has been playing 7th grade volleyball and she really has enjoyed it. She is finally getting her serves over the net which is a big accomplishment for her. She has just 1 tournament game left to play and she will be done for the semester. Jonathan’s football season is coming along. He is getting the hang of it. He really does get excited and tries hard to make tackles and to catch people. He has 2 games left of the season. Bryanna is doing gymnastics on Monday’s but hers doesn’t end until she doesn’t like it anymore but I don’t see that happening anytime soon. She is so ready to move to the 2nd level but she still has stuff to learn before being moved. I am in my 7th week of Power in Motion and love it! We have our 5K in about 2 ½ weeks and after that I am signing up for the Turkey Trot 10K which is held on Thanksgiving morning so I will for sure not feel guilty about eating anything for Thanksgiving after running 6 miles! I am slowly getting mentally ready for Christmas; I have bought 1 gift so far but plan to get a few more in the next couple of weekends. I try really hard to get everything bought and wrapped in early December so all I have to worry about is celebrating the season!

Good Feeling Friday

I got up at 5:15am this morning to run with my neighborhood girls, work out done early. I am having a great hair day, no frizziness due to the weather and it is Friday...what a good feeling!

Chicken wings anyone?

Jonathan got punked this weekend. My parent’s brought home “chicken wings” and Jonathan was excited and hungry I might add! He dug right in…

I looked at my dad, who was smiling ear to ear and figured out why…

Do these seriously look like chicken wings? Umm no…

After Jonathan was done with ALL of the wings my dad decided to tell him what he really just ate…

FROG LEGS! He actually liked them too!

Pretty comical!
